พระราชวังสราญรมย์
Saranrom Palace ligt in Bangkok en is een voormalige koninklijke residentie met een geschiedenis die in 1866 begon. Henry Alabaster ontwierp het paleis als adviseur van de koning. Koning Rama IV wilde zich hier terugtrekken en staatszaken blijven adviseren, maar stierf in 1868.
Rama V liet er prinsen wonen die het Grote Paleis verlieten. Later bood het onderdak aan buitenlandse gasten, waaronder prins Oscar Bernadotte van Zweden en Nicolaas II van Rusland. Onder Rama VII werd het paleis overgedragen aan het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Het ministerie bleef er tot 1992 gevestigd.
Nu huist in het paleis het Museum van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken. Het groene Saranrom Park ligt direct naast het paleis. Het voormalige koninklijke park geldt als Bangkoks eerste botanische tuin en bewaart paviljoens in Victoriaanse stijl. Op 8 augustus 1967 werd hier de ASEAN-verklaring ondertekend.
