Malzböden
Malzböden occupies the southern part of Fürth in the former Humbser Brewery, a protected industrial monument. Renovated walls now frame offices and shops while preserving the building’s architectural character. Flexible commercial spaces bring modern business use into the brewery’s historic structure, linking work, retail and residential use.
The Sudhaus retains its old brewing kettles and is planned as a gastronomy area with a possible microbrewery. An adjoining administrative building preserves wooden wall coverings and Jugendstil tiles in its restrooms. A newer building adds homes and an organic supermarket, extending the site beyond its industrial beginnings. Recognition from IHK Immobilienpreis Mittelfranken honoured the renovation of this industrial monument, with the brewing kettles remaining its clearest detail.
