Depósito de Materiais da Fábrica das Devesas stands in Porto, linking ceramic production in Vila Nova de Gaia with industrial architecture. Its construction dates from 1899 to 1901 under António de Almeida Costa. The founder of Fábrica de Cerâmica das Devesas commissioned it as a warehouse and exhibition space for ceramic materials. Those products crossed the river from Gaia for display. Its tiled façade combines smooth, patterned, and embossed surfaces with horseshoe windows, ceramic merlons, and vases.

The building formed part of three factory commissions in Porto, joined by a shared courtyard between two streets. Rua José Falcão and Rua da Conceição mark that connection. The premises included a marble workshop and an upper-floor residence before rehabilitation adapted the interior for modern homes. Only the original façades and roof remained when work began. Restoration preserved the main and east façades, while the south side gained a new colour scheme and round window. Inside, high ceilings, wood, steel, stone, and visible reinforcements retain the warehouse's industrial character. Portugal classifies the site as a monument of public interest.
