El Palacio
El Palacio is a beachfront villa at the most private end of Sayulita’s beach in Mexico. You see wide ocean views, a quieter shoreline, and Sayulita’s restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Rogelio Romaña designed the three-storey house to connect open interiors with the surrounding landscape. Mexican craftsmen shaped its local character through custom stonework, marble floors, hardwood desks, and bars. Four bedroom suites, seven bathrooms, and four king-sized beds accommodate groups of up to ten guests. An elevator links the levels, while a professional kitchen and penthouse barbecue area support shared meals. The third floor brings together a tiled infinity pool, a penthouse deck, and a lawn overlooking the ocean.
A hot tub beneath the stars adds a memorable evening setting above the beach. Surfing, snorkelling, and local markets extend the experience beyond the villa and into Sayulita.
