Pariser Platz
Pariser Platz lies in Hanover’s Linden-Mitte district, where Egestorffstraße, Davenstedter Straße, Teichstraße, Dieckbornstraße, and Kirchstraße meet. The converging streets create a distinctive star-shaped plaza established in 1889.
Carl Lampe inspired the name after working in Paris, alongside his roles as furrier, farmer, and local magistrate. Linden residents continued using the name until Hanover’s city council officially recognized it, with a street sign appearing in 2004.
Café K brings a lively local detail to the surrounding businesses. Ralf Schnoor’s café serves cakes and truffle pralines, then hosts evening crime games and table quizzes.
