Voßpalais
Voßpalais stands in Berlin near Leipziger Platz and Potsdamer Platz, surrounded by modern urban architecture. Its red sandstone façade and historic proportions make it a distinctive sight in the area.
Wilhelm Böckmann designed the building, constructed between 1884 and 1886. It remains the only surviving nineteenth-century structure in its immediate surroundings. Careful revitalisation now combines high-end retail with offices across approximately 2,806 square metres. Retail spaces occupy the ground and first floors, with ceiling heights reaching 6.5 metres and access from Voßstraße and the neighbouring shopping centre.
The upper floors provide about 1,924 square metres of office space. Wooden coffered ceilings preserve historic character alongside floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces. The spacious entrance retains ceilings up to four metres high, offering a clear glimpse of old and new Berlin together.
